the customer acknowledges that the vehicle booking amount paid through the renault website shall be remitted directly to the respective authorised renault dealer, and the booking transaction is solely between the customer and such dealer. the dealer shall be solely responsible for booking acceptance, receipts, invoicing, vehicle delivery, refunds, cancellations, and all matters relating to the sale and booking of the vehicle. girnar software private limited (gspl) acts solely as a technology and service provider responsible for the development, operation, and management of the renault website and related payment facilitation infrastructure, and is neither a seller, dealer, nor a party to the transaction. accordingly, gspl shall have no liability for the collection of funds, payments, refunds, cancellations, vehicle-related issues, service deficiencies, or any claims, disputes, or obligations arising out of or in connection with the booking transaction between the customer and the dealer.
